These terms explain how buying through Samms Wellness Hub currently works.
Enquiry-based ordering
This website does not process online payments. Products are listed for information and enquiry only. To order, send us a WhatsApp message, submit the enquiry form or request a callback, and our team will confirm availability, current pricing, payment and delivery with you directly.
Pricing and availability
Prices shown are indicative and may change without notice. Stock status is updated as often as possible but is confirmed only when our team responds to your enquiry.
Delivery
Delivery arrangements, timelines and any delivery charges are agreed with you during the enquiry conversation, based on your location. Delivery timelines given are estimates.
Returns
Sealed items that are damaged or incorrect on arrival may be returned or replaced when reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Opened consumable products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
